What is Define Academy?A learning platform designed to provide salon individuals with additional opportunities for education. We stand united with our salon community with the intention to give you relevant education that will make you more successful behind the chair.

 

  Who can attend these program? Only licensed cosmetologists & barbers are able to attend these programs. Business and social classes are open to salon front desk teams and salon owners.

   Who facilitates these programs? Our Artistic Director and former National Redken Artist Jason Gribbin & Define Hair & Skin Owner Rachel Gribbin.

   Are THE programs brand specific? No, we share a global understanding of techniques that everyone can enjoy!  Our content and programs are based on our own collective experience in salon ownership and management, behind the chair, and in the field.
